  World class cinemas with good seating and screens and sound and fairly good specials at times the only problem I find is the talkers that don't know when to shut up .

  Chairs fine. Cinema fine. But the staff are unorganised. Which makes the whole experience dreadful. Every time there is a mistake with ether drinks and food. Overcharged, No food & drinks, Food quality and quantity. Getting staff to assist is very distracting when you are trying to watch a movie. Village Gold class you need to lift your game and hire staff that are component and consistent.

  I have been to the Gold Class here a few times now and have enjoyed each experience. The recliners are very comfortable, the screen good and sound quality is great. Drinks service is efficient but prices are steep, not unexpectedly. Food serves are small and also a wee bit expensive. On our last visit we shared a five dish meal deal which ends up being more economical and the three of us (all adults) struggled to finish so I would recommend doing that if you are looking at eating there. One tip I would give you is if you feel the cold, wear something warm or take a jacket. Twice now it has been quite chilly by the end of the session. Gold Class is great as an occasional treat. I would go again.

  This is in relation to Gold Class. Service is professional and friendly and the ambience in the outside lounge area classy. Have not ordered food, only drinks as I simply cannot justify the expense for what you get although drinks are also pricey. I want one of the recliners for home. Overall, for me, a good experience to be indulged in from time to time.
