  I lived in Europe and travelled a lot there, this place is somewhat very nice and not too pricy but nothing like typical german. Even tho the menu is, beers are and few meals are quite authentic this is not really alike compared to over there. Beside that, the food was very good and we been recommended beers that suited perfectly with our meals. Ambiance was good and offpeak so pretty quick to get served.

  We waited 20 minutes for our drinks, and 40 minutes for the main course. On top of this one of the main courses wasn’t what we ordered; Next, we ordered one tea and we got two. Third, we ordered desert and it didn’t arrive after 40 minutes. At the same time, we were asked to leave as our time was up. Still no desert.... The desert spoons were still there on the table when we left.... We never- ever have had such a terrible service as the one we had tonight.

  The staff were nice, but completely inexperienced and way out their depth. As someone works in hospitality I can completely understand how it can get a bit hectic, but you guys have a lot of work to do because our experience was pretty disappointing.

  We came in as part of a corporate function. Arrived at 6.30pm. It was a bit of a struggle to get a drink but I get it, it was busy so not a big deal. Our orders for dinner were not taken until 8.45, far too late. When the food arrived it was nearly inedible, tasteless, oily. The general consensus around the table wasn’t good and not one of us finished their meals. Over the course of the night it was a struggle to find a staff memeber to order a drink, and in 3 separate occasions the drinks were dropped by staff member and twice it was into one of us.

  Terrible service and would not recommend going here for dinner. After being seated for dinner we struggled to get table service, and after many failed at getting the attention of the waitress I had to get up to ask to order. Waitress was then clearly pissed off by this and possibly didn't put our order through as it took a good 30mins to even get our drinks. I would understand if it was busy, but we were one of only a few tables when we arrived.

  Really, really BAD service today on 14/10/17. We booked online a table for four. Due to Oktoberfest the tables were double booked for the night, but kitchen and bar couldn't cope with the orders.

  Service good, drinks good and food okay..... but.... they serve pork knuckle without mash potato.... That’s where they lost a star. There isn’t even mash potato as a side????
