  Honesty a good and very cheap place to rent a car. My car was very new (5000km), they accepted my European Driving license in combination with my passport. The only negative aspect is the long hold of your deposit. I still would go here again!

  Unfortunately it took over 40 minutes from arrival until there was a car for me to take. 15 minutes was just for them to take my payment. This was even after telling them I don't care if it is clean as I had to get going. Also the car I received was different to the size ordered but in the end didn't want to waste more of my day over $10. Extremely bad management of this branch and have never run into these issues to such extent at any car hire company.

  Not a great experience- when we arrived we filled out paperwork and had to sit down for 10 minutes to wait for the car as it was not ready. Once the car was "ready" we walked outside to then be told that the car wasn't full of petrol so a staff member had to accompany us to the petrol station to then fill the car up! Once we got filled up the staff member left us and then we realised the car was not a manual which we had ordered, at this point we did not want to go back as we were already behind time for our journey.

  The company froze $200 in my account and it takes a long period of time to get this back after returning the car. I phoned to find out why my money was taking so long to return into my account after 9 days and the staff weren't very helpful. Overall the customer service was well below average and would probably avoid using the company again in the future. Disappointed with the whole experience!
