  Came here yesterday and ordered a Mocha with Soy milk (lactose intolerant) and was serve full cream milk, then came again today and sauces with my nuggets were out of date. Someone honestly just needs a bullet cause homegirl ain't buying food at Mickeys once more. After that milk, I wanted to do a pancake tutorial with my body off a building. Get a grip Maccas, absolute cockspankers. Also was served by a very nice man named Ed who has suffered abuse from a fellow employee called Paul Denino. That boy ain't right. Then some big fella wouldn't let there worker cool down cause he kept saying "man not hot" and then he collapse because in a fit of rage

  Worst customer service ever, manager didn't care or offer to do anything about either of them and actually had to ask for replacement sauces.

  Bad coffee. Dirty steam wand. Dirty cloths. Dirty milk jug. Dirty group heads. Dirty tasting coffee. Milk not frothed correctly by any standards.

  I've ordered family burger box with two lots of chips and nuggets. Nuggets gone missing. This is not the first time happened to me. I have complained last time as well. Always in a rush to fill the order. Don't want to check.

  we ordered and paid for 4 burgers at 8pm this evening.Take away. when we opened the bag for eating there are only 2 burgers in it. Ever since we been trying to contact store to resolve.But no answer. Shocking service

  Wish I could give it a 0/5. Worst McDonalds I have ever been to by far. Food was raw, bacon and eggs weren't even COOKED. RAW MEAT AND EGG. Ruined our weekend and made us all sick. It was the only chance I had to spend with my girlfriend getting out of hospital and it was spent throwing up in a toilet. Disgusted, the staff were arrogant too. Do not go to this mcdonalds, you will get food poisoning!!!
