  My boyfriend and I went to Gradi at Crown and left disappointed. The margherita pizza didn't have much topping (the first time I went it had more topping which made it delicious). We also had pasta which was horrible because it was hard, lacked flavour in the sauce and had too much pepper. We expected a lot better for the high price!

  The only good things was the waitress was well mannered and absolutely lovely to speak to. And the lighting and atmosphere was nice and relaxing.

  Spaghettini was great. Full of flavour and good serve size. Staff are good and environment feel is good. Grilled Seafood was small and poor - don't order the $45 seafood main.

  Staff were superb from the moment we walked in the door. Food was excellent and served in typically Italian large portions, and the wine list was superb. I ordered the seafood platter and was very happy with the generously stacked plate of bugs, prawns and other delicacies that was placed before me. My partner's pizza was superbly cooked and topped with flavoursome and delicious ingredients.

  Authentic Italian restaurant in the Crown complex. The place is busy and a hive of action. It is not easy to book as they seem to prefer walk-ins especially on Friday and Saturday nights. The pizza spinning display added to a fun evening. Good selection of pizzas and pastas. The seafood dishes are especially good. Desserts were also yummy. Service was quick and staff are attentive and very friendly. Prices are relatively high which one would expect for a prime location.

  Its was my sister's birthday and we went to celebrate my sister's birthday. I would have rather gone somewhere where there is good customer service..
