  Had a lousy experience last night...waited for 45 minutes for our food after taking the order to be then told by the lady at the cashier that the waiter who took our order left home and forgot to submit our order to the kitchen!!! It took 45 minutes for the floor staff to realize this mistake!!! Very disappointing

  Really nice atmosphere, super friendly staff, booked for 6 people at 7:30 and ordered the biggest sharing platter they had, said to feed about 10-12 and we finished it comfortably, also at 7:30 they had run out of pork ribs, the waitress said they would put extra ribs tips in, but I'm not sure we saw them..... Rib tips were great, chicken really juicy, and the brisket was tasty, only down side food wasn't really value for what we paid, good experience if you're out with a few friends in the city, extra star for extra meat :)

  We expected more. Venue was noisy and lacking atmosphere. Food was ok but disappointing. Brisket was dry and overly salted. Given there are always people queued up out the front we thought we'd find something more interesting.

  We really didn't enjoy ourselves last night. Meat was cold and dry. Staff not interested in interaction. I would have expected a greeting upon entry. I was hoping to write a better review however this was my experience. Below average.
